RECOMMENDSDAY!

As winter comes to the coronaworld, I'm trying out different things to keep me busy. One of those things is a weekly post to share things I think are cool/important/fun/interesting, from books to shows to podcasts and other things in between. -M.R.

Recommendsday this week (and I'm once again posting retroactively and I'm sorry but my goodness it's hard to keep up with these posts) is Cafe Scientifique.

I've linked to a website that appears to be UK focussed, but there are several of these groups throughout Canada and likely other countries too that put on informal talks about science and tech, that are generally free besides the cost of a drink at the host establishment. The one in my city is currently running online only. I encourage you to see if your city has a group like this as well!
